The coollest referee in town

Heyden leaps powerfully to clear a 6s attack

The man of the day battles through with the ball at his feet

Grant looks on as the 6s keep possession

A good attacking move from the 6s ended up with a shot into the trees

Bongers, the best goalkeeper that this club has ever seen, launches the ball deep into the 6s half

Steve Williams&38;s 6th XI on the attack again

The shot comes in and Bongers makes a hard save look easy

Shopland in goal at the other end bravely clears to foils a 5th XI attack

Craddock smoking down the wing

Warman running the ball out from harm

Beamer evades attention from the 5s

... and with a deft move, tricks his way past another challenge

Scud hold ing firm, but taking the Easter theme a bit too far

Kennedy makes his presence felt almost immediately that he comes on with a great finish to put the 5s 2-1 up

The restart and Kennedy makes sure that his name goes down for the goal

And they're off ...

The goal invigorated the 5s and they began to launch attack after attack

It may have been a friendly, but it was well contested

The perils of being a goalkeeper - Part 1. Shopland takes a bang to the head

The perils of being a goalkeeper - Part 2. Bongers collects safely, but the has to evade Superman

The perils of being a goalkeeper - Part 3. Despite best efforts Bongers cannot prevent another 6s attack from ending up in the net

The 6s, now at 2-2, had their tails up and were more or less camped in the 5s penalty box

The pressure pays off and it's now 3-2 to the 6s

Another attack and Bongers to the rescue again

Now the 5s began to get their act together and force the 6s onto the back foot

Even Beamer is back defending

The two big strikers cannot find a way through though

A penalty to the 6s! Bongers saved magnificently

Another close call for the 5s as the game approaches the final whistle

The clock ticks on, but neither side give up trying

A free kick in a dangerous place and Heyden takes - not sure about the ten yards though, ref

Scud shoots, but it's just over

Deep into injury time (deeper than injury time has ever gone) and the 5s throw everything they can up front for a corner ...

... the ball is cleared, Heyden picks it up, has a shot ...

... and it's there!

Heyden's attempted somersault celebration is the funnist moment of the game

And so to a Golden Goal finish

The 6s force a corner ... it goes deep ... it's headed back across the goal ...

... and buried ... 4-3 to the 6s - a well deserved win.
